Candidates. Upon confirmation of a search engagement,
we immediately activate multiple recruitment channels,
including but not limited to direct recruiting (headhunting),
referrals, multimedia advertising, electronic database
search, and other networking.
Our consultants will carefully screen, interview, test, and
evaluate Candidates to determine the best possible fit for
your organization. Using behavioral descriptive techniques,
we assess unprompted motivations, interests and
preferences, strength of character, image and style,
attitudes, communication skills, people skills, management
capabilities, employment and compensation history, and
competing opportunities. We present to you only the top
Candidates along with their specific profiles.
We confirm Candidate performance through references,
which are checked and documented. We view reference
checking as strategic in terms of timing and reference
choice. We validate education and professional qualifications
if appropriate.
Providing important objectivity and intimate knowledge
of both parties, we can play a key intermediary role
between the Client and the Candidate, carefully assisting
in negotiations to ensure all aspects of the job offer and
fit are resolved. We also often provide coaching in situations
such as counter-offers and multiple-offers, and the
resignation process.
We execute placement follow-up to confirm satisfaction
and/or other feedback from all parties for continuous
improvement purposes.
